approachable, I also got to learn at my own pace
and because of this I feel I have achieved more
in my two years of attending than I ever could
have achieved at a college as a formal classroom

recommend Andrea for anyone, no matter what stage
of experience in IT. Having Andrea as a Tutor
really increased my confidence skills quickly in
IT. She was very supportive and gave useful
feedback. Andrea put me totally at ease as she
is so friendly, approachable and flexible - was
able to offer me appointments when my kids were at
school. I felt it would be more difficult to
achieve IT course in a larger class and times of
classes did not suit. I commenced the course with
no previous training and limited knowledge of IT.

| I knew from my first
telephone conversation with Andrea that I would
'get on' with her OK. She was so friendly and
approachable and explained her service really well
without intimidating me. I had just been made
redundant from a job in which I had been very
comfortable for a number of years so was
frightened about re-training. But one phone call
to Andrea settled my mind and the very next day I
had completed my first lesson with her. There's
no stopping me now! I have now completed my OCR
Level 2 qualification and I hope to continue with
121 Training to do more qualifications eg Level 3
or other modules like Audio, Document
Presentation, etc. Whilst training with Andrea I
gained a temporary secretary's job in a primary
school which I thoroughly enjoyed and I have now
progressed to a long-term temporary post in a
health centre. If it hadn't been for Andrea and
her training I would never have had the confidence

valuable qualification which has opened more doors
to me work ways but Andrea has also shown me loads
of shortcuts and handy tips eg searching for

| I initially went to
121 Training for extra tuition with ECDL. I had
attempted the database module twice without
success but with some extra support from Andrea I
was able to successfully achieve it on the next
attempt. Since then I have continued training
achieving my Level 2 Text Processing Diploma (Text
& Word Processing, Medical WP and Mail Merge) as
well as Business Presentations (PowerPoint) and
now Audio-Transcription. I have also achieved
Level 3 Text & Word Processing. The one-to-one
training means I can achieve the qualifications in
a much shorter time, with instant feedback, in a
friendly, informal environment - Andrea is very
approachable and encouraging. I would have no
hesitation in recommending 121 Training to
anyone. |
